To register with this database you will need the following pieces of information:
General Company Information:
- Company Name
- Parent Company Name
- Executive & Primary Contact Information
- Year Established
- Gross Annual Sales (Last 3 years)
- Number of employees
- Legal Structure (Last 3 years Sales figures)
- Specific Commodities
- Product/Service Description
- Upload of Supplier Documents including Insurance Certifications and other documents
- One business reference is required. A total three references can be recorded in the system.
